$399 is the flat fee. If you find a homebuyer as a result of the MLS, signs, websites, etc. no commissions will be paid. When listing
on the MLS, the homeowner is to note the fee they would be willing to pay a buyers agent in the event a buyer purchases your
home through the use of a buyers agent. This would typically be no more than 2-3%. You retain your right to pay no commission
if you find a buyer without an agent.
Renewal option. If you would like to continue listing on the MLS after your first six months has expired, you may renew for an
additional six months at a cost of $200.

the seller in the sale. The $399 will be refunded upon closing.
